按照领导指示，现转发IFAC中小事务所委员会关于开展2013年11-12月网上快速调查的公告。包括中文在内，该调查共提供17种语言版本，以帮助各国受访者更好地参与调查。
该调查截至2013年12月31日，调查结果将在下期中小事务所委员会电子新闻简报中通报。
中小事务所快速调查由国际会计师联合会（IFAC）开展，用以快速了解中小事务所及其中小企业客户面临的主要问题。完成这项调查需要约5分钟。

The November-December 2013 IFAC SMP Quick Poll is now open! We urge you to encourage your SMP members to participate by sharing this link in your newsletters and websites: http://IFAC.SMP-Quick-Poll-November-December-2013.sgizmo.com/s3/.
This edition of the poll is being conducted in 17 languages (English, Arabic, Chinese, Dutch/Flemish, French, German, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Lithuanian, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, and Turkish) thanks to the generous translation support provided by SMP Committee members and IFAC member organizations. The poll should take about five minutes to complete and will close on December 31, 2013.
The results of this poll will be published in the next SMP eNews (subscribe here) and published in report form on our website in early 2014.
